The room at The Merchant Hotel was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a great location. The bonus of having a washer and dryer in the room was convenient. The nearby café at Goblin was amazing and just a short stroll away. As a solo traveler, I found the facilities to make my own meals very useful. The room was neat and tidy, and the access to Netflix was a nice touch.

Felt extremely welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the shower had excellent water pressure and a large showerhead, making for a refreshing experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping centers and a variety of restaurants. Plus, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were a few downsides to the hotel experience. the noise from the hallway was quite noticeable, with every door slam and noise easily heard.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was easy to access public transportation and it made traveling around the city a breeze. Additionally, the cooking facility in our room was a great feature that allowed us to prepare our own meals comfortably. The bed was also quite comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The staff were friendly and attentive, addressing any issues promptly. it was a convenient location with excellent service.

The lack of information provided about the hotel and the initial confusion upon arrival was a minor inconvenience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect, as it was close to the event I was attending. Additionally, it was situated away from the usual tourist spots and there were multiple transportation options, including being very close to the light rail station. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and efficient, which made for a great welcome. The room was fantastic, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV provided great entertainment and the free toiletries were a nice touch.

I would highly recommend this venue to my family.

De locatie van het hotel was ideaal, omdat het zich bevond aan een drukke weg dichtbij het Berliner Tor station, waarvandaan veel transportmogelijkheden beschikbaar waren. Natuurlijk was het hotel gemakkelijk te bereiken, op slechts 25 minuten rijden van de luchthaven en op 10 minuten afstand van het stadscentrum. Gelukkig waren er tal van winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Helaas was er een minpuntje in verband met de communicatie rondom het parkeren en een evenement op de dag van aankomst, waardoor het hotel moeilijk te bereiken was.
