The room at The Merchant Hotel was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a great location. The bonus of having a washer and dryer in the room was convenient. The nearby cafe at Goblin was amazing and just a short stroll away. As a solo traveler, I found the facilities to make my own meals very useful. The room was neat and tidy, and the access to Netflix was a nice touch.

Felt extremely welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure and a large showerhead, making for a refreshing experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping centers and a variety of restaurants. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were a few downsides to the hotel experience. The noise from the hallway was quite noticeable, with every door slam and noise easily heard.

We were kinda surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was easy to access public transportation and it made traveling around the city easy. the cooking facility in our room was a great feature that allowed us to prepare our own meals comfortably. The bed was also quite comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We stayed at a hotel located close to the local train station, which was perfect for our needs. The area had a vibrant atmosphere, especially at night, with plenty of cafes to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a smart TV that enhanced our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, addressing any issues promptly. it was a convenient location with excellent service.

The lack of information provided about the hotel and the initial confusion upon arrival was a minor inconvenience.

The bed was comfortable, I could have stayed in it all day. The room had a kitchen with all the necessary amenities and even laundry facilities. The hotel's location was convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transportation within easy walking distance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect, as it was close to the event I was attending. Additionally, it was situated away from the usual tourist spots and there were multiple transportation options, including being very close to the light rail station. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and efficient, which made for a great welcome. The room was fantastic, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV provided great entertainment and the free toiletries were a nice touch.

I would highly recommend this venue to my family.

De locatie was perfect gelegen vlakbij het treinstation Berliner Tor, wat betekende dat we gemakkelijk naar het vliegveld konden reizen in slechts 25 minuten en het stadscentrum in 10 minuten vanaf het hoofdtreinstation. We bevonden ons natuurlijk in een moderne kantorenwijk met voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen in de buurt.

Helaas was de service in het hotel een van de slechtste die we ooit hebben meegemaakt. Het personeel was niet erg behulpzaam en toonde weinig interesse in het voldoen aan onze behoeften.
